If you forget the SSH/SFTP password for one of your system users, you can change it in your control panel. Navigate to the Apps Tab, under sub tab click the System User tab. Choose the System user name and click the Manage User button next to it. In the pop up message, add a new password to replace the old forgotten password. Click the Update button and you are ready to use SFTP or SSH into your server. Please store your new password safely.
